As Managing Partner of Markland, Michelle serves as a commercial property manager responsible for over 600,000 square feet of office space in downtown Hamilton. A University of Guelph graduate and member of the Downtown Hamilton BIA, she has been working in property management for over 10 years. As a lifelong Hamilton resident, she is enthusiastic about the rejuvenation of the city’s core, taking part in sizeable projects for her sites including national tenant build outs, mechanical upgrades and replacements, and major capital improvements. Never one to rest on her laurels, she is expanding her knowledge on building sustainability and retrofitting to meet environmental goals.
